Old Town of Segovia and its Aqueduct (Spain)

April, 2006

San Esteban and the Cathedral from El Parral monastery.
San Esteban´s (s.XIII) is the highest Spanish romanesque tower, with 53 meters. It is known as "The Queen of Byzantine towers". The cathedral is the latest gothic one in Spain, and its slenderness has granted the title of "Lady of the Cathedrals". The image is taken from the quiet outer cloister of El Parral monastery, the head of Hieronymites. One of Sevovia´s best skyline viewpoint, and also one of the most recondite.
